Shipping and delivery

Free delivery in the Netherlands and Belgium

We deliver your order free of charge in the Netherlands and Belgium. You will see the available delivery options before completing your order. For delivery to another country, please contact us first at info@luxilamps.nl.

Delivery time

Our products have a delivery time of 3–6 working days in the Netherlands and Belgium, unless a different period is stated with the product. The MXR 3500 and MXR 3800 have a delivery time of 1–2 working days in both the Netherlands and Belgium. This exception does not apply to the MXR 3500s Dual Fuel. Saturdays and Sundays do not count as working days.

The period agreed with the product before your purchase takes precedence. If we cannot deliver an order, or cannot deliver it on time, we will inform you as soon as possible.

Delayed or not received

Has the agreed period passed, or have you not received your order? Contact us and include your order number. We will investigate the delivery and find an appropriate solution.

In the event of late delivery, you can generally give us a reasonable additional period. If we still do not deliver, you can terminate the agreement. An additional period is not required if we refuse delivery or if the agreed delivery date was essential and this was clear before purchase. If the agreement is terminated because of non-delivery, we will refund the amounts received without undue delay.

Responsibility during delivery

We bear the risk of loss or damage until you, or a recipient designated by you, receives the order. The statutory exception applies only if you arrange a carrier yourself that we do not offer.

Received damaged, incorrect or incomplete

If there is a problem, contact us as soon as possible at info@luxilamps.nl. Photos of the item and packaging help us with the investigation. This does not limit your statutory rights: you do not have to report an issue within 24 hours to retain your right to an appropriate solution.

If a defect is covered by the statutory guarantee, we will pay the necessary return and shipping costs.
